Well, I’m baaaaack! I’ve been gone way too long. What happened? I was distracted with other things, really, But maybe it was something else. Maybe it was something inside that was glad I was distracted with other writing chores. Yeah, that’s it.

When i start the list i did:
baths, 2x showers daily (1x per week with salt and olive oil mixture scrubs),massages, yoga stretches , pilates, qi gong , tai chi, looking at and smelling the flowers, sun gazing at the first hour after sunrise and last hour before sunset for 10 seconds daily.
Idrank herbal and dried flower teas, fresh fruits and vegies as support for my body
(June! Shower TWICE a day??? I don’t even shower twice a WEEK!! -Ed)
